ULPT request: how to inconvenience my arsehole supervisor’s life?
Posted by LRASshifts@reddit | UnethicalLifeProTips | View on Reddit | 32 comments
I work in a small team, my supervisor recently started targeting me for unknown reasons.
He’s made several untrue reports to his superiors about my work performance and attitude towards colleagues.
My supervisor would make a report about me every time I do not give him full attention when he’s speaking to me, or if he feels in any way challenged. I have therefore been called to multiple disciplinary meetings.
Although all the reports ended up being unfounded, it greatly inconveniences me and my work because I need to constantly prove myself innocent and it’s taken a toll on my mental health.
Without it being very obvious, so that he can’t say it was definitely me or class it as another fault, how do I inconvenience his life as much as possible?
I have his full name, mobile number, access to his backpack (since he leaves it around in the office and anyone could access it). He’s got a mild allergy towards something mundane which I believe could be used to my advantage.

Does he have a chomp chomp issue? If he does, leave out a plate of high-strength Immodium brownies. Should leave him occupied with his own problems for a few days, whilst making it look like to his superiors that any resulting change in behaviour when he returns is that of paranoia.

Why does your arsehole need to be supervised?
Don_Loco@reddit
You have WHAT supervised?
nojustnoperightonout@reddit
just flick your eyes upwards at his hairline every time you talk to him. bonus for looking slightly concerned and or baffled.
Iwaskatt@reddit
Now that is funny.
stabbingrabbit@reddit
Raw shrimp at the bottom of his backpack. Just 1 or 2. Every time he comes up to you, wrinkle your nose and offer him a tic tac or gum.
Ok-Recognition9876@reddit
Unethical would be drugs.
World-Critic589@reddit
Anonymous report to a licensing board if that’s an option. Make up an exaggerated truth.

Okay so this worked for a friend of mine…next time he approaches you just reach out and grab his dick and start furiously jerking him off while you call him a bad boy over and over.

😲🤣

Stop talking to him in person. Get EVERYTHING in writing via e-mail.
If he tells you something IMMEDIATELY follow up with e-mail as formal as possible.
"Boss Title Name-
Just following up with you on our in person discussion. You wanted me to:
As discussed I'm following up with e-mail and awaiting your approval before proceeding with these tasks."
Make EVERY interaction be followed with these annoying e-mails.
Turbulent-Caramel25@reddit
Absolutely this. Also, if he's taking credit for your work or saying you screwed up an email/report begin copying his boss on those things.

There are random noise makers that you can buy on Amazon and hide in his office. Think of a beeping smoke alarm but at random intervals. Bonus points if you move it around with his office so he can’t quite figure out where it is coming from.

I miss the Annoy-a-Tron! It was the best when I worked in corporate.
Get one of the cricket sounds in your noise maker. Drive him batty!
Hot-Initiative-4083@reddit
You could always make some pot brownies & then do a random drug test.
monkeywelder@reddit
report him to ICE
Key-Candle8141@reddit
Poop in his coffee cup
doublebubble2022@reddit
Fart spray. Spray him discreetly every time he’s near you, then file a complaint saying he is actively trying to shit himself and ruin productivity in the office.
Sign him up on some dating websites.
Go to HR with sexual harassment claim
Loudly announce you’re not interested in dating him in the office
Find some obscure religion and claim he’s discriminating against your religion.
Door dash a bunch of random little shit to him at all hours of the day
Randomly move his backpack to different locations when he’s not paying attention
SKatieRo@reddit
Cameras are everywhere. Don't touch his backpack!
Law_hacker_1000@reddit
Download CP and put it on cheap thumb drives.
Hide them under desk, furniture
Make an anonymous report to FBI
Mm2k@reddit
You have someone supervising your arsehole? What? Like TP regiment?
ww11gunny@reddit
Buy a valve stem cover that matches his glue a small black bb inside it place on one of his tires this will cause a slow leak that's hard to find. Randomly change what tire it's on occasionly not having it on the tire.

Amazon sells bags of dicks. Couriers deliver all sorts of boxes.

Liquid ass. Spray it on something of his. Pepper spray. Spray under his car door handle. Or just be super nice to him and never let him see you unhappy.

Be an adult and tell his superiors that his constant targeting and unfounded accusations are wasting their time and your time, and they need to reign in their subordinate. This mentality of deference to bosses and boss's bosses has never been a thing i engage in, and when a workplace manager is fucking around, i call them out in it, or make it known that it's wasting time and energy. It stops real quick.

I’ve written pages and pages to prove this to them. But with the attitude problems, it’s his words against mine, cos there’s no third parties. They can’t do much.
Lower_Secret9432@reddit
Been there. Check to be sure local law allows one party consent recording. If so, record conversations and use the evidence to prove your allegations.
EvelynCardigan@reddit
People are way less likely to mess with you when you actively show them your balls.
moranya1@reddit
This is true on multiple levels
EvelynCardigan@reddit
Lol, you are not wrong
EvelynCardigan@reddit
I totally understand. I guess what I mean by what i wrote is that YOU have to walk in the room, and TELL them they need to get their shit together...no writing memos, no asking for meetings. You're going in already on your back foot. I'm saying, unprompted, before another incident, you stop the higher ups in the hallway, you walk into the office or you interrupt them, and TELL them this shit is childish and a waste of time, and until there is a legitimate issue, you won't be attending anymore meetings to prove you aren't a problem. I had a supervisor go on a power trip, and he tried to suspend me from my job. I immediately went to his boss, interrupting a 15 person meeting, and told him this was not acceptable, and not the way to manage a team. The next day i was told that they decided not to suspend me, and i replied that no, they were told by their supervisor that they weren't going to. He asked how i knew that, and i told him that i went over his head because of his recent behaviour. Shit stopped fast when he realized people will not tolerate it.
