Dang missed it
LXNDSHARK@reddit
Looks like the deal is over.
Limp-Conflict-2309@reddit
I've always preferred to save money and bought the cam/lever/detent style to save money over the ARC. Now that ARCv2 is out I can start buying ARCv1s to save money over the V2 hahah

Think I could mix and match my flat trigger from my fudd kit?
DoctorVepr@reddit
100% makes it that much better
nope_noway_@reddit
Yes you can
Ok_Worldliness1836@reddit
My Arc trigger started not fully resetting after about 200 rds, not impressed with the looseness of the cam “finger”
7ddlysuns@reddit
I had to loctite my screws

How is the trigger pull on this?
BlasterDoc@reddit
Exceptionally good.
I personally cut my geissele ssax, and its literally the same rifle but with a third position for reset
clicktoseemyfetishes@reddit
The one thing that may get me to switch from Larue to G$ may be this damn super safety compatibility
BlasterDoc@reddit
Tl;dr, larue's are honest good triggers, but I do like my geissele's
The dtt and rarebreed always left me unsatisfied in semi. Doesn't feel like milspec, .. That mush wall isn't up to my bougie standards of a true civ AR.
Another kick to raregreed is its all proprietary.
I have 2 geissele SSA's pushing near 5k and 7k rounds. Both triggers look great.
Recently upgraded to the newer SSA-X's when they were on sale at $220 🤑, added a purple hammer spring and they've been smooth at competition and goofing off.
If i need a new hammer spring or any other trigger component for the geissele, guarantee i can get the parts i need for it. Raregreed, even the partisan version, not sure how readily their customer support fields those calls..
This frt isn't the core mechanic of the rifle. The trigger is merely acted on to reset externally, no fancy springs, just leverage. If the bar breaks or safety gets boogered, you can add back your original safety and your rifle is back up. The cassette style triggers if something goes.. the whole cassette and rifle is down... (til fixed).
advisory these lever frt's require a m16 cut or low shelf lower receiver. My lmt's with their high shelf needed milled to allow clearance for the lever. The one pro for the cassette triggers is it doesn't matter what shelf.

Semi auto is like a fairly clean 4ish lb pull. Super Semi auto is heavier, like 8lb when I tested it.

Unironically one of the best triggers I’ve ever felt with the milspec trigger and hammer and I’ve tried most triggers on the market.
Foot_Dragger@reddit
Agreed
7ddlysuns@reddit
Seriously good
AnnualClient2@reddit
Just comes with a trigger shoe - you use your own trigger otherwise
Devil25_Apollo25@reddit
Well... okay. My wallet hates this sub, LOL.
therealruin@reddit
Is there enough of a difference between V1 and V2 to spend the extra for V2? Think they’re around $225
Foot_Dragger@reddit
Looks like is just a design update. If you want different angles like 45/90 (and other options) and comes with a milspec style selector then the v2 is what you want.
Other than that frt go brrr so this will work just fine.
therealruin@reddit
Perfect. Exactly what I needed to hear. I don’t like the crossbolt versions I’ve got, just a standard safety lever will do. Thanks!
midweastern@reddit
Man I didn't even occur to me that these would be on this sub. I bought one directly from AS Designs just three weeks ago rip
Salt-Wish5140@reddit
Same
tomtomwin@reddit (OP)
Buy more now to averaging down the cost 😆
Co_Stang@reddit
Does any one know is this will fit the bcm mod lowers? I pick up the lower tonight so I haven’t gotten a chance to really inspect it
BadDudes_on_nes@reddit
I’ve got one of these. The first one I received was out of spec—spent hours trying to fit it together but one side of the cylinder was a couple microns too large and so they sent me a replacement part several weeks later.
It’s alright. Performs the same as my cylindrical super safeties but it looks like a conventional selector (instead of push button).
You will need locktite red to attach the ambi side to its screw otherwise you will experience one side of the selector de-syncing with the other side, which makes the selector feel mushy.
PizzzaPounder@reddit
I used blue Locktite on mine and I haven’t had any issues
mehrjake13@reddit
Im clueless, Is there a short lifespan on these? Is there a better option under 200 beans?
wormdrt@reddit
This is the best one
tomtomwin@reddit (OP)
I believe this is the best option for the beans at the moment! Here's a video about FRTs available in the market https://youtu.be/7-GazjPrj4w?si=zoEmM5QcZvp96qVF
Intelligent_Door9049@reddit
In for one ☝️
RobotPhoto@reddit
In for one thanks OP
Able-Surprise9846@reddit
Does this trigger operate like a Super Safety?
tomtomwin@reddit (OP)
Yes, it functions like a super safety, but uses a three-position safety lever.
