Anyone know how to unlock the v3 in New Zealand - they come locked and Fatboy website says they can’t be unlocked in NZ

honestly the nz speed limits are such a buzzkill for ebikes.. might be worth asking in local fb groups if anyone's found a workaround? tons of people must be in the same situation.
