The current borders apparently work well enough (I'm including Kosovo) for minimal conflict, I personally wouldn't poke the bear, you won't get to enjoy Albanian beaches if you die in a war

The current status quo blocks us Albanians and Serbians: the biggest nations of western Balkans from forming each of our own ethno states where actual Albanians and Serbians live currently, it's not a change when it's natural borders for the favor of fake artificial state... Croats and Serbs want are not equal within bosnia, why does bosnia withholds Croatians in bosnia from forming their own entity within bosnia? Why do they get to keep a country where half of it isn't theirs, same goes for NorthMacedonians FYROM state? Why shouldn't rep. Srpska be independent or Ilirida?

If borders based on ethnicity worked they would exist more, there are only about 30 countries in the world with more than 90% of one ethnicity and less than 10 with more than 99% and those numbers are debatable
If we divide borders only based on ethnicity that would make it really easy for countries to steal territory and if you want to stop that then we get... war again

That ship sailed once Thaci was arrested. Plus, it is not like Albanians would get such a nice deal. Some villages at most in order not to look bad for giving up north. I guess keeping north at the cost of uniting with Albania is not a bad deal.

There are 193 UN member states, half of that is 97. ~110 countries have recognized Kosovo so yes it it’s over half of the countries.

It will never join NATO. Spain, Greece, and Romania will never allow it since it creates problems in their own countries of separation. Also the active territorial dispute thing.

I'm all for peace and I personally don't mind Kosovo as a free nation if that is what is needed for peace, I also have absolutely nothing agains Albanians but saying that Kosovo is "Albanian territory" is also not ok
It's either a separate state or we can measure our dicks there to see "who gets it" fair and square

More or less. They’re closest to both Torbeši (Muslim Slav Macedonians) in Macedonia and Bosniaks, and speak a dialect between Serbian and Macedonian.

but culturally they are also very close to the Pomaks in bulgaria, because same wedding tradition, the bride is with the same make up dressed: the ritual called Galina...
Torbeshi, Goranci and Pomaks have this...i guess...they must have same Ancestor in the past.

I mean yeah, they’re all slavs so obviously us christian slavs as well as them have the same ancestors more or less. Idk much about all the specific pomak, torbeš and gora traditions but i wouldnt imagine many differences, as fusions of slavic and muslim traditions
