Big__Disc__Energy__@reddit
Lmaooooo this is a mid grade PC for top tier money. Thank the RAM shortage.
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
I'm not saying I'm right, that's why I would like you to share the parts I should do instead
Big__Disc__Energy__@reddit
My point was that the market is fucked. You will get screwed no matter what. I was jist laughing because its essentially high in pc prices without the same result. And gas is $4 a gallon. Such is life though I guess
ADo_9000@reddit
I would swap the 5070ti for a 9070xt but yeah not bad
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
The 5070 ti I chose is 990$ is it worth it
ADo_9000@reddit
In my opinion, no.
If you compare FPS to FPS of those two cards their performance would be more or less identical.
The reason the 5070ti is more expensive than the 9070xt is because Nvidia has the mind share and people think the brand is more important.
Nvidia does also have a slightly better AI upscaler than AMD.
when turned on the resolution the game runs at it is way lower resolution than the resolution of your screen. If then AI upscales the image to reach the screens resolution, and that's what you see when playing the game.
They are also further ahead when it comes to AI frame generation.
The way it increases FPS is by rendering 2 real frames but holds the back and then from those two frames it AI generates in "between frams" that makes the transition between the 2 real frames feel smooth. But it happens at the cost of latency, making the game become sluggish and feels unresponsive.
AMD, does however have more stable drivers right now, so crashes bugs etc should be a lot fewer.
aragorn18@reddit
For pure gaming the 9070 XT performs very similarly. How much is the Radeon card in your country? If it's more than $100 different, then it would probably be better value to go with the cheaper option.
OSRSRapture@reddit
Damn. Apparently the computer I just bought is "cheap"
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
Can you share your computer parts names, Thank you.

Do you recommend getting RX 9070XT instead of rtx 5070 ti since there is no big difference in performance, to save about 300$ and spend it on other things that actually make a difference while playing games like ram.
OSRSRapture@reddit
I got the 5070ti because of Nvidia and dlss. It's worth it imo. Might not be worth it to you or other people but it is to me.
Intelligent_Owl6582@reddit
Get 9070xt, it's $300 less than a 5070ti at same performance: https://www.amazon.com/XFX-Radeon-9070XT-Triple-RX-97TSWF3BA/dp/B0DW4FRCQR?crid=3KPCIDCCYJOU0&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.OjJx3DMap9dn7E41BNQ2REfmBqQOUHdmLJrTf7yXaLiIEsxF2JwF3V6BwXORpeaOnPoMsm1OqnHRl5PnRSVnP3qFNKPNjAtlzQ0i4hz8OoFcuHXg0ft2qNt8wAOuGte9Nf5qYVjrN5A9MLsMYUWVzNdKoWoHhKPJSdllg6eH2Kp0B9dJQGHSTwuXJL1VOq2wUA6KtaiUFCWvaDfz7v4uI0yS7M1dvEUz3PI1OfwZ9rk.xk1Rw70ZtCkgZSJLBZVgMhhfTIJVKSUv8QTlw2D0Npw&dib_tag=se&keywords=9070xt&qid=1776306578&sprefix=9070%2Caps%2C201&sr=8-6&th=1&linkCode=ll2&tag=aarworks-20&linkId=eb7f8fdabeaddd774bb289f44c8ebea3&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
mgp901@reddit
Context is important, what's the use case and expectations?
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
I'm aiming for 120 fps on 1440p minimum with a strong gpu+cpu combo HOPEFULLY going to be under the requirements for playing gta 6 and forza 6 kinda smoothly.
Lucky_Comfortable835@reddit
I suggest a better PSU
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
Which one would you recommend exactly and why, I think mine is more than enough since it is 1000 W
Lucky_Comfortable835@reddit
The PSU is so critical that I suggest you look for an established brand and check the PSU list here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1akCHL7Vhzk_EhrpIGkz8zTEvYfLDcaSpZRB6Xt6JWkc/htmlview
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
Thank you for sharing, I think 1200W is too much, why did you choose this big number you could have just got the perfect amount to save money for other parts.
Lucky_Comfortable835@reddit
I got the 1200W because I run a 5090. Sorry, I wasn’t suggesting that for you.
kleinschrader@reddit
I feel like you and me have a different opinion of what cheap means.
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
I know it is not cheap but it is one of the best-cheap the feautures this pc have are almost the same of a 7000$ PC there is only a 10 to 15 fps difference. I consider this pc as a very high end PC.
ProZapz@reddit
“i know it’s not cheap”, Title: “best while being cheap”
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
I think you didn't read the full comment there was a "but"
kleinschrader@reddit
Where tf did you get those numbers from?
Also no offense, but do you consider this pc a very high end PC or does ChatGPT consider this a very high end pc.
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
I actually searched on websites like youtube, reddit etc, I also got help from some friends but I used the web search tool from chatgpt to find the lowest price because I don't want to spend more money just for buying from a reseller.
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
I made up the numbers for dramatic effects.
RumbleTheCassette@reddit
Lol I was gonna say, this is at worst a mid tier system. Certainly not cheap.
OP you can at least get a cheaper case if you're trying to be cheap.
katzengoldgott@reddit
My definition of cheap PC is the second hand low budget AM4 gaming PC with a 3050 I got for 330 € in February for a friend of mine who desperately needed to upgrade from his i5 4460 DDR3 1060 build.
Certainly not something that includes a 5070 Ti or AM5.
lancelane7@reddit
lol if that’s cheap to you then I’m happy you are financially successful, great build only outlier is your psu is overkill for your system. only need a 750w but you won’t need a new one for a while if you upgrade in the future. You did get it for $70 so good pickup.
TheKitler@reddit
It's a refurb unit with only 90 days of warranty. That's why it's cheap. Personally, I wouldn't be giving up 10 years of warranty for $20-30.
lancelane7@reddit
Oh yeah that’s not good, never cheap out on power supply that can fry your whole build. OP I would return that and spend about the same amount for a 750w or 850w psu. Check out the SPL psu tier list for recommendations.
TheKitler@reddit
Well it's not a bad PSU if it's been refurbished properly so I wouldn't say he's cheaping out on the quality side.
lancelane7@reddit
Yeah the warranty is what worries me.
TheKitler@reddit
Right, but it's not going to fry his whole build because it doesn't have a 10-year warranty.
lancelane7@reddit
No fasho he’s not doomed, I was saying in general if a PSU is bad or faulty, there’s a chance it can fry your whole system you know? I think he’s fine too I would of just chose differently
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
So you guys advice is that I should buy a 850W new PSU, if yes, which one? Also thank you for your opinions.
TheKitler@reddit
For $90, I'd grab this: https://www.newegg.com/msi-atx12v-850-w-up-to-90-power-supplies-black-mpg-a850gs-pcie5/p/N82E16817701031
It's equal in quality but comes with a 10-year warranty.
If you really want 1000W: https://www.newegg.com/montech-atx-1050-w-80-plus-gold-certified-power-supply-silver-century-ii-1050/p/N82E16817959009
lancelane7@reddit
I think now that I looked at the link and it’s from Corsair and was only $70 I would rock with it and just be weary. Make sure the fan works, temperatures or low and the cables and ports are all normal. If you haven’t bought any of these things yet then yeah a 750w or 850w would be more inline and have enough headroom for the foreseeable future. MSI, Corsair, be quiet, coolermaster, Lian li are some brands off the top of my head. Look up the SPL psu tier list
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
Thank you for sharing also all CORSAIR RM-X are an A tier on SPL psu tier list
lancelane7@reddit
Oh definitely it’s a top tier PSU you have so if the refurbish is good and you are ok with the no warranty past 30 days you’ll be fine
TheKitler@reddit
It's a refurb unit with oy 90 days of warranty. That's why it's cheap.
Gorkat31@reddit
I wouldn't call that cheep. The mainboard seems a bit humble for a 345 and is overpriced for being B650.
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
The motherboard b650 costs 144$ not 345$, that's the CPU
Gorkat31@reddit
I meant that a B650 board is ab it humble for a 345$ processor. Also you can get good B850 boards for the same price.
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
Thank you I'll keep that in mind, and the reason I chose b650 is the BIOS flashbank thing and the simplicity of it.
eatingpotatochips@reddit
This better be in Zimbabwe Dollars...
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
No its not 🥲, let me know your advices or what you think the best-cheap pc is
Vortrexion@reddit
Did we ask ChatGPT to build us a cheap pc based around the 5070ti, because I see ChatGPT at the end of every link 😭😂👍
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
I actually searched on websites like youtube, reddit etc, I also got help from some friends but I used the web search tool from chatgpt to find the lowest price because I don't want to spend more money just for buying from a reseller.
MundaneConcert7890@reddit
U think this is cheap?
mustafa_48171@reddit (OP)
I know it is not cheap but it is one of the best-cheap the feautures this pc have are almost the same of a 7000$ PC there is only a 10 to 15 fps difference. I consider this pc as a very high end PC.
jhaluska@reddit
Well your CPU cooler is the best while being cheap.
fobbyk@reddit
Yep the best. Have you also checked out microcenter?
