Detained usually means handcuffs and questions and can result in arrest for sure! Maybe the poster didn’t know the difference between just being pulled over and questioned or if he actually was detained in handcuffs lol just depends how’s they meant what they said but as far as I know none of those offenses are arrest worthy alike but he could have had a warrant or stolen vehicle who knows not much context in the post lol

Over weight for the vehicle class, no banner or flags for over sized load, probably un-permitted over sized load, no escorts, no insurance for a trailer/load that size (after a certain size/weight its generally require to be insured)

Theres alot that goes into moving loads especially over sized loads Id be surprised if the guy did all the necessary steps and was doing it in a correct safe manner
