Oil, lemon and tons of spices (paprika, onion, garlic, sugar, and I don't know the English words for the rest.. maybe cumin?) - basically a random bbq marinade
You think so? My grill has exactly the size of a DIN A4 paper sheet, which is a bit slimmer and taller than a us letter sheet. My parents in law own a tiny Weber grill and it looks like it could fit more
I understand your concern. The heat was quite concentrated and the green part of the grill wasn't hot. I was more concerned about the floor but nothing was really hot. It is a great design!
Plus it might be the perspective but I would guess I was 20cm away from the chair. I would never do this with a regular grill though
Pork shoulder chop. Most people think of shoulder as a braise or slow smoke type of cut. But it can be fantastic if grilled. Needs a little bit of mallet tenderizing and a marinade or spice rub.

What marinade?

Thought it was a misshapen slice of pepperoni pizza without hardly any cheese. Haha idk. And then a leftover scrap of sausage.
Lalidie1@reddit (OP)
That would have been peak tbh lol
STRYED0R@reddit
Don't think this belongs here

Loool you don't think they would laugh at my setup?
STRYED0R@reddit
Absolutely not. There are mostly kettles but anything else, even camping style is well received especially if it's a device that isn't often seen. :)
A Weber smokey joe is great tiny setup but I don't think your piece of meat could fit.

Check out the smokey joe. It's a tiny tiny one that a lot of people like to bring in their car for example.
I have the bigger version, 18" and 22". They are really so versatile! :)

My balcony is 60cm deep so I guess nothing else would fit comfortably lol. Maybe some day.. ๐
STRYED0R@reddit
Smokey joe will fit :D
You are really making the most of your balcony. Respect! I also cook on a balcony.

Pork shoulder chop and a poop.
Lalidie1@reddit (OP)
The poop is a cevapcici
HerMajestysButthole2@reddit
Cevapi? Balkan mini sausage?
Is that a pork loin or not?
Lalidie1@reddit (OP)
Yes! I was missing the singular word lol
freakingusernamedood@reddit
Ok, so I'm trying to piece it together, and my imagination is running wild. What is it?
Weltallgaia@reddit
A fire hazard
Lalidie1@reddit (OP)
Nothing happened, this is a table grill. Quite common in Europe where we don't have space for anything lol
Weltallgaia@reddit
Looks like its 2 inches away from a chair with flammable bits on it.

No, no. THE fire hazard.

Donโt the fire
freakingusernamedood@reddit
Preferably not the fire.
Lazy_Entertainer1764@reddit

Lalidie1@reddit (OP)
That's a marinated pork shoulder chop and a single cevapcici (don't know the singular term). Both tasted like heaven ๐
GravyPainter@reddit
Is that a steak pizza?
