Where do you put in the 3 pin argb cables on the motherboard? Do I put it in D-LED1?

You're looking for a 4-pin wide header that only has 3 pins. If the header has 4 pins, it's not compatible.
If you can say which board you have exactly, I can give you a more specific answer. Gigabyte made more than 1 B450M board.

It looks like the motherboard supports a 4 pin rgb port called LED_CPU with 12v, g, r, b pins and the 3 pin Argb port has 5v, data, chassis ground. The two are not compatible. Check for 3rd party converters or adapters.
