Please help me connect my mouse to wifi

I'm using a Corsair Sabre RGB Pro v1. I plug in the dongle, and it doesn't even light up. I've tried pairing on iCUE with my usb-c, and it just sits at 0% forever. I've tried adding it through device manager, to no avail. I've tried googling and haven't found any useful related searches. I'm about to have an aneurysm. Thank you for the help.

Old 100% try to set it up on Bluetooth first, I'm not sure what the Wi-Fi switches for or if you would have to plug your dongle into your Wi-Fi router? I've never seen that before. But you said you tried both and neither work so I'm assuming you tried to Bluetooth? Also is the mouse battery or rechargeable? You might need to charge it on the cable for a while to get a charge before you can make it Wireless.

I'm confused, do mice connect to wifi now?

It has a switch on the bottom for WIFI or bluetooth. Neither will work. Only way it works is if it's connected to the usb-c. Which defeats the purpose of a wireless mouse

That's not WiFi. WiFi is a specific type of wireless communication.
Does it work on other computers? Have you tied Corsair support?

It would generally be called a dedicated USB dongle, not WiFi.

If the battery is really really dead usb might not be supplying enough juice. Which is weird. But I would try charging it with something that puts out a higher wattage like some phone chargers do. Check the manual for highest wattage charging tho. Once it’s got juice try the pc again
