Monitor goes black after 15 min in cinnebench

So i recently bought a used ryzen 5 3600, and i tested it on a few games like rust and fortnite for 20 mins and it ran fine.
Today i wanted to test it to see its temps and if something like this would happen, and it did
The temps sit around 86-87 cores and ccd0 peaks at 89.8 but sits at 87.6 and i googled it to see if it was normal and i got mixed results some say it is some say it doesnt
Anyways after 10 min my monitor turned off but the pc was still running, no blue screen no nothing. After this happened i went to google but i didnt really find answers so i talked to gemini and it told me it might be my power supply or my motherboard
my power supply is a old njoy woden 650W with apparently a fake 80+ gold sticker
And my motherboard is an asus PRIME A320M-A
The ai told me to enable PBO which lowered my ghz to 3.88 in cinnebench and it did last longer to about 16 -17 mins but still turned off. The VRMs we re really hot, like i was touching the ones on the side and after 3 sec my finger was starting to burn a bit.
What could i do to stop this from happening?

In the bios don't enable any AI overclock/tuning just enable d.o.c.p and enable PBO but not through any AI there's a tab that refers to CPU/Overclocking or PBO and or curve optimizer has the motherboard bios been updated as well as the AMD chipset drivers and the memory is running at the supported speeds 3200MHz-3600MHz maybe more. That PSU from what you make it sound like is trash have it tested or get a new one also better cooling the cooler the CPU runs the longer the boost and or higher clock speeds if you are undervolting I'd look into Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm pro black with the AM4 offset brackets it lowers the CPU temp alone by 6c-8c and Arctic MX-6 thermal paste.

the motherboard has update from 2019
Nice_Knee_1538@reddit
And that's the latest bios? Yes, you can run it w/o undervolting it, but it does help with temps a lot as well as a good CPU cooler.

Its not but why does it matter that much?
AyoTerryFukGoinOn@reddit (OP)
Is there a way i can run it normaly without undervolting it?

Try mounting a case fan pointing at the VRMs to get some direct airflow. You can also buy some small adhesive heatsinks.
Alternatively, just don't run Cinebench stress tests.

Like those little black things with adhesive on the bottom?

If you tried to include a picture that didn't work. Post it to imgur and link it here.

Yes, something like that. You'll have to make sure they're the right size.

Should i change my psu too? the ai keeps insisting it also might be causint problems
aragorn18@reddit
If you can afford to, you probably should.

i found a really cheap one the ai says is a good bang for ur buck. An MSI 650W 80+ Bronze ATX. Found it at 40 bucks new
aragorn18@reddit
What's the exact model number?
AyoTerryFukGoinOn@reddit (OP)
MAG A650BNL WHITE, ATX, 650 W, 80+ Bronze,
aragorn18@reddit
That's a decent quality PSU. Just make sure that the price is legitimate.

The webise where i found it from is legit, is it not supposed to cost this little?
aragorn18@reddit
Seems low. But, maybe you just found a really good deal.
