Youāre not going to change my mind and Iām not going to change yours. Where Iām from, pasta includes ziti, tagliatelle, fusilli, macaroni, linguine, pappardelle and noodles include lomein, chowmein, ramen, soba, udon. Where Iām from, if you think spaghetti is a noodle then youāre from a flyover state and eat your spaghetti with ketchup. If you donāt have enough cultural awareness to consider pasta and noodles to be different thingsā¦

When you can see from the photo how unseasoned something is, you know itās special. You can tell the pasta is very overcooked by how the broken pieces look. You can even tell that they probably spit in it by noticing the carrot peels.
