Great can, great vendor...hard to go wrong here I better put my phone away.

haha if I didn't already own one... but to copy over my comment from the other thread, I was an early adopter on this can. I've used it a bit, and contacted Diligent a handful of times. Great company, great can - if you have a bolt, you will be hard pressed to find something better in this price range. For semis, this has an interchangeable end cap so you can make it more flow thru. Great can for 300blk subs.
Per Diligent:
Stainless in the same caliber would have no cool down period on subs and 300 rounds on supers.

Are you saying I should change the end cap for 300blk? I have an L in jail that I need to pick up.
Trope360@reddit
No you'll good with the 7.62 end cap for 300blk because that's also 7.62. I'm saying changing the end caps for 5.56, 6.5cm if ya wanted etc. can make this work great for more than one thing.
Arkele@reddit
Ohhh ok, I was wondering if there was some trick for mixing and matching end caps that was worth researching. Thanks!

Oh my two sentences were back to back, and on different subjects – this can be a somewhat gassy can because it does a great job absorbing the sound from the blast - most flow through cans do a terrible job with noise suppression as that's the trade off. Limit the gas, or limit the sound. 300 subs ripping a few rounds, you won't run into as much of a problem as 5.56 when I compete and am ripping off 40 rounds in a 20 second run. My comment was more about - if you want this can to be more of a flow through design, the replaceable end caps make it so you can do that, as it becomes more of a thing basically companies are coming out with ported end caps (you'll lose some sound suppression but gain gas flowing out the front of the can rather than out your chamber back at you). You could do that for 300blk too, just depends if you're mag dumping or not.

I have an L, pretty sure it only comes with one end cap (.30cal) amd you can run it is as. I bought my L for a precision bolt gun, ran it on my .300blackout and liked it so much I picked up an S in mill finish. As stated above, I have reached out to DD in the past and "theyre fuckin rad" is all I can say. Enjoy your can, swap end caps if you desire, I haven't but I have a dozen other suppressors in that pile so I dont bother.
