My mom would never buy these because they were too expensive. (She also bought bagged cereal.) Money was tight and we had everything we needed, but I feel like I missed out.
These and the WWF ice cream bars were the best. I don't know why no one else made a version of those, they were like half ice cream bar, half cookie on a stick. They were perfect!
I remember these but with Dracula, Frankenstein and woman. I remember saying it was now the invisible man after eating the popsicle and thinking I was so clever
My grandma bought these once, I’m not sure if they were on sale or she had a coupon because normally we didn’t get brand name anything. It was an awesome summer.

I think it's an odd phenomenon that people just casually mention physically consuming characters, and I find myself nodding along.

We all know exactly what Nacho Dan means. 🥲

I think I am the only person who didn’t like them. I could never put my finger on why but they didn’t hold a candle to popsicles
Do_it_My_Way-79@reddit
Total memory unlock. Completely forgot about these. They were so good!

This takes me back. These are all I would get growing up. Then I switched over to Esikmo Pies and Nestle Crunch Ice Cream Bars.
s0urgrapes_@reddit
Oh man, you know it was gonna be a good weekend when these or the flintones push ups were in the freezer.
theRestisConfettii@reddit (OP)
I never met a single person who liked those.
LemonSkye@reddit
I loved those things. The berry ones were straight fire.
s0urgrapes_@reddit
I never knew anyone didn’t like them. As a kid I didn’t know any better I guess. Orange sherbet and cardboard? What could be bad about that!? lol

Childhood memory unlocked. I actually remember these from when I was pretty young. Like 4 or 5.
strawberries777@reddit
They should bring these back. I would so buy them

I specifically remember wanting Donald Duck to be orange because that was my favorite, and being disappointed every time that he was grape instead.
ahawk99@reddit
My siblings and I always fought over the Mickey and Donald pops.

Scrotchety@reddit
These were always rock-solid. Bite down to hard and your driving ice into your teeth
MlsterFlster@reddit
We never got these. Usually had Pop-Ice because they were dirt cheap and that's what dad liked.
arcxjo@reddit
These were second only to the WWF ice cream bars.
Separate_Counter9427@reddit
Wow! 2nd only to Lifesavers Ice Pops; I was a huge fan of the Green and Orange
maggie320@reddit
Lifesavers green were so good and I normally wound up with them since no one liked green.
LumpyJump6091@reddit
To this day, I don't know if I naturally like green candy, or if I just learned to like it because that's all my big sister ever gave me.
PickledPixie83@reddit
We didn’t get name brand stuff, lol

Anybody remember the "Monster Pop" popsicles that were in the shape of monsters? It was around this time or maybe slightly earlier.
