Yearly renewal, price is 64% higher than the first year, per agent cost from $80 --> $125 and then about $10k more ($22k total) just for the platform alone...from about $12K, initial cost, $14k CAD first year, renewal cost , $29k CAD.....

Halo claimed they only increase by 5% max for inflation year over year...Account team claim that in the contract they have a clause "is now" pricing, which goes against the claims from the previous account rep...
