Retake of Class 1 Medical after being unfit.

After failing the isihara plates in the class 1 MedI am. I was referred to do the CAD test. Due to neves I felt that this was rushed and not executed to my best ability. Unfortunately I was classed as Unfit. Is there a way to retake the CAD test with someone else and raise an appeal with the CAA ?

in the US you can take any of the 3 CCVT tests as many times as you like, the Ishihara plates are no longer an option. I’m guessing you live somewhere else.

My suggestion - go see a regular ophthalmologist and take the test. If you pass the raise the issue.
A color/colour vision test is hardly one you need to be prepared for.
