Gonna make a (maybe) controversial point here with some background experience working with sex offenders in a treatment setting and working closely with law enforcement.

1) I assume that you know about this guy and his offenses because you looked up sex offenders in your area 2) that would imply that hes a registered sex offender who is in compliance with his registration duties

By our legal systems standards he has been found guilty, and has been subject to life altering consequences. Its probably hard him to get a good job. He may be paying the victim restitution fines which can cost thousands of dollars depending on your jurisdiction.

Damaging his car would feel good and make his life harder for sure.

But...it may impact his ability to work and pay off that victim restitution. It could drive him to move away from your community and stop registering as an offender. Then hes lost in the system and the system might take a long time to catch up.

Probation and parole agents are spread very thin these days, lots of court systems don't have enough employees. Those probation officers manage large, complex case loads of dangerous offenders who have served their time and are now back out in the community.

If you were told that a failure to register would carry dire consequences, and then you move and dont register and the consequences never appear, would it be an easy next step to fall back into the patterns and behaviors that lead to your original sex assault conviction? Plus your new neighbors wont actually know that youre an offender which further endangers their community.

Totally get why you want to make his life hard, but you could be making things way worse by executing your own vigilante justice.

Also, you could catch a charge, which would suck and probably not be worth it.

Use brake fluid, it’ll ruin the paint and makes it very difficult to respray without going back to bare metal. It’s far more spray able than paint stripper which is like gel. If you were to key it first the fluid will leach under the paint quite fast. It’s also pretty easy to boot a door mirror off as you cycle past a car. Pour sour milk down the windscreen. It’ll run into the air vent for the heaters. Chuck some bird seed over it and it’ll be covered in bird shit by the time the sun comes up.

I heard of this one. Pour a pound of sugar into the gasoline tank. Reason is that sweeten gasoline will completely destroy the engine. Doesn’t sound like something OP wants to do in this case. But I just want to know if this is valid. Can someone confirm this?

Sugar doesn't dissolve in gas, so it won't do anything other than sit in the bottom of the fuel tank. Mythbusters had an episode on it.

Dude, fucking with property is illegal and will land you in jail. THAT BEING SAID canvassing your neighborhood and surrounding areas with his mug shot and crimes listed and making sure he knows its being done, could force him out of your neighborhood. If it's very hot and the glass is open you can make a piss disk (piss in a plate, freeze it) then slide it into the car throught the open windows. There's a lot to explore with the piss disk, for example you can also put it on their welcome rug outside their house
