E bike motor wires cut

What should I do, it works and I can ride on it but I don’t wanna ride too much where it breaks more and just fry’s the controller would electric tape work or do I need to solder it

Go with replacement as mentioned by Ohm_Slaw. That's the best advice in my opinion.
After you have replaced it, get some of that coiled cable protector stuff. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z2TYP8K?smid=A1THAZDOWP300U&th=1
It protects the cable from abrasions and damage from hits, etc. I also put electrical tape on mine to keep the protector from moving around.

First, I would figure out how it got damaged.
