ULPT how to fake vaccine reccords?

I need vax reccord in a very short amount of time for a class. I dont have any proof that ive had all my vaccines and dont want to have to get all of them again. Im 40 so like they weren't putting them in a database back when I got them as a kid. Is there any way to manufacture this that wont raise any red flags?

If you are in the U.S. there is absolutely a vaccine record. Google it.
