ULPT How to clap back and make my managers life living hell

I’m working at a lodge right now and the management is beyond a joke. The maintenance manager openly drinks on the job, leaves empty whisky bottles sitting at his desk, and smokes nonstop, including during shifts. It’s not even hidden, it’s just accepted.
The general manager is just as bad in a different way. Both of them have zero respect for staff, talk down to people, and treat everyone like they’re disposable. No accountability, no professionalism, just ego and control. The place runs on people putting up with it, not because it’s actually managed well.
The whole environment is toxic. Morale is dead, people are fed up, and nothing changes because the people at the top are the problem.
I’m leaving in May, so I’m not trying to blow myself up or make it obvious it’s me. But at the same time, it feels wrong to just walk away and let this carry on like it’s normal.
Does anyone have any ideas 💡

How do you "clap back" at a toxic work environment?
Just wait until they do it first, and then smack you hands together with force at the general vicinity of the building. I use chalk on my hands first, the dryness really makes the "crack" of the clap loud and I try to hit dead centner in the palm of my hand with my fingers and about half the palm of my other.
And since you are quitting in May and dont wanna get in trouble, if you get called out on it, just say you were pumping yourself up for the shift, cuz you love working there.
It's the perfect crime.
Or, take your last check and a deep breath, and stop letting these people control your emotions since it's over anyways, they dont give a fuck, and you're only hurting yourself putting more energy into this.
Or, the final week of your job, shit in the top tank of every toilet. They call that "making a top poopy"
