ULPT REQUEST: How to find an IP on work network allowing internet access?

Good day, quite the noob here compared to some of yall. So. All computers on my office lan are not allowed to connect to the internet. We have to ask the IT guys to whitelist an ip for it to be able to connect to the internet.
How do I find a list of IPs that are allowed to connect, without being able to log into any of the manager dashboards? All the computers work on Static IP and are not MAC binded. Is there a way I can run a script on a pc that checks an ip range one by one by pinging a certain website or something? Is there any other way.
I appreciate any and all help. Thank you.

You must not like working at this company… If you do this, you won’t stay employed for very long.
Here’s the real ULPT, start fucking your manager or the IT guys so that they approve your internet access request.
