I have a video of the incident that just took place about half an hour ago. I'm not one that likes to make things hard for people but this crosses the damn line (no cops though ACAB). We all need to start to hold pieces of shit like this accountable, I know I am doing so and I'm just a lowly hotshot.
I'm sitting in my driver seat watching some TV and waiting on my laundry. The sick fuck next to me opens his driver door, stands on the steps and starts to whip his fucking dick out to piss right next to me! I fucking roll my window down and start yelling at the dude and he almost didnt fucking stop! He then gets back in and moves to the passenger door and starts pissing on the other truck next to him (the floor but that shit splatters). His fucking doors and steps on both sides are caked in dried fucking piss so its obvious he does this all the time. I started recording after he started pissing out the passenger door, as I was blasting this mother fucker to everyone over my PA system first.
Look, I fucking get it. The bathroom situation while on the road is not ideal at all, but at least dont piss on your fellow trucker to the left or fucking right of you! If you cant make it into the restroom use a fucking bottle and throw it away (don't just dump it out your fucking driver window, I've seen that plenty of times as well), or at least go to the bushes behind your truck and piss where none of us can see you, where none of us are doing things and where you wont piss on our stuff and the ground where we walk so we don't track that shit into our fucking trucks!

This is the kind of incident that follows a carrier for years. Not just the driver, the whole fleet. Shippers google MC numbers before booking, and this thread will show up.
For the rest of us, it is a reminder that reputation is perishable. One viral video of a driver behaving badly and your whole book of business is at risk.
I treat carrier relationships like partnerships because they are. You treat drivers with respect, you get priority when capacity is tight. You treat them like disposable labor, you get exactly what you pay for.
Good on you for documenting it. The industry needs more accountability, not less.

Report it to DHI you can get the numbers online real easy with safer and they also have the number just googling it. You can report it there. If they won’t do anything about their driver there’s nothing you can really do.
I’ve had a driver roll over in our yard, it’s a 10mph speed limit… we had it on video and everything. That same driver came back to do pickups in a couple of weeks

That is someone that's just at the end of his rope with the industry. Likely flatbed or reefer. Before covid we didn't have much issue with restrooms. Everybody across the industry used it as an excuse to no longer provide us restrooms, but they still have 8 Hour load or unload times for reefer drivers, and the flatbed guys just show up at deliveries and hope for the fucking best. There have been a lot of folks over the past few years that just started pissing in the parking lots, and it has turned into a habit even at truck stops.
He's wrong as hell for that, and it pisses me off because I'm an owner operator and work on my own truck. Every time I crawl under this bitch, I got to wonder who's pissed I'm laying on when I'm topping off the differentials or replacing a brake chamber. I've also been in it for 15 years, and have seen what's happened in the industry and what they're doing to us, so I understand the mentality. That doesn't preclude me from despising the motherfuckers that try to piss on my truck. They always want to change course when you open your door though.

I was at a Loves in Washington I believe beck when I was first upgraded to solo and I was fueling my truck and I saw this guy claim onto the catwalk and take a shit into a plastic bag and then drop the bag from the catwalk under his truck on to the ground. The only way to truly stop it, is having the DOT involved. At the least, they’re the ones that can write tickets, do inspections and make it hurt for the driver that wants to act that way.

Reminds me of the time I was helping some random rookie back into a spot. His tandems went over a full piss bottle. I got soaked in hot piss that had been sitting in the sun. Fucking disgusting. And then there the time I stepped on a bag of shit. It was dark and I didn't see it. Tracked that shit back in my truck and dealt with that smell until I was able to clean that shit off.
There's a lot of disgusting shit that will happen in your future. Take a chill pill and let it go. No point in being so upset about others. Just worry about yourself. And watch where you step.

I've heard the stories. I honestly do not understand the lack of accountability within this industry by individuals and by fellow drivers. If I see something I fucking call it out. Blocking the fuel lane, I can't on the drivers vehicle or find them in the restroom and go off on them. Doing some nasty shit i will put you on blast over my PA system so everyone knows what you are doing. Do anything that directly affects me in an unsafe or unsanitary and disgusting way, we're throwing hands (fuck the legal standpoint in that situation). If we would all simply hold each other accountable it could be better.
But noting current times (with major world events) is obvious to me that most people are far too cowardice to actual do anything publicly...
