Install gpu to new pc

I am moving an NVIDIA 4080 Super from an old pc to a new one which does not have a graphics card (integrated only). I upgraded to the 4080 in the old pc so familiar with DDU and installing a card.
My question is for the new pc, does it matter whether I install the nvidia drivers before or after I install the card?

You install drivers after installing the GPU.

No it doesn’t, as windows bare minimum has a basic graphics driver to use until you install Nvidias drives

I never in my life get an idea to install drivers before installing a hardware and i don't know or never hear about anyone who does that.
