I didn’t expect it to make me go outside more

I used to stay in unless I had a reason to leave. Now I’ll go out just to ride with no real plan. It’s become more about getting out of the house than actually going somewhere.

There is a new post from a new account every few hours about being addicted to e-bikes and fresh air lol

It's not just that, some of them post instead with engagement bait about emotos.

Yeah second one I've seen today, very odd!

One of the unexpected surprises nobody told me about ebikes: my 13 year old son loves to go outside now. Sometimes he just goes down to the coffee shop or get groceries. Sometimes to just explore places he wouldn't go on a regular bike.
So anyway that's why I locked him in the basement. I asked gronk and it said I was a smart parent, thinking outside the box.

Yea I too asked gronk about dog treats, he said if I was a good dog, man I wanna be a good dog, sometimes my mind wanders into wondering wwasgd(what would a sugar glider do) lucky gronk has experience with the sugar glider industry, and told me if I was a good sugar glider I'd get a treat, I then assumed a non biased leaning about wwafhd(what would a fire hydrant do, gronk having served on the global fire hydrant assembly, told me if I was a good fire hydrant I'd get a treat. I ride the short bus have a kitten whose name is mittens, and a good dog named the glove does not fit

Same experience. When I got my first ebike it made me feel like a kid again then I got my Velotric D1+ and it opened up a whole new world. Not only did it allow me to be more independent it brought smiles to my face that my wife hasn't seen in years. All of a sudden things that would have felt like a chore or needed evil turned into excitement. Only regret is that I didn't do it years ago!

My ongoing impression of e-biking is that it's like biking when you were 10 and had limitless energy and weighed 60 lb.

I just bought an ebike and even though I haven’t been able to use the automatic part yet I can already tell from a commute back and forth to work that buying this is the best choice I’ve ever made. I feel great riding, very peaceful all the nature around, get good exercise in both riding and taking it up and down my stairs. It’s perfect. When I can get it to power on I’ll definitely try to at least still ride for a mile or so pedaling.
The only downside is that there aren’t any dedicated bike lanes so I try to hug to the right as much as I can and even then cars like to whiff past me but I hear out for every car so it’s not that bad.

You're addicted. And that's great.
Where I live, we have long winters. And about halfway through the winter season, I'm really hurting to get outside and do stuff. When I can finally get out and ride, I almost go crazy.
