Multi engine training southwest US

I know this question gets asked and I’ve looked through the sub but looking for some updated recs for an accelerated multi commercial. Doesn’t have to be near me in los Angeles but I’m thinking that Arizona may have the best weather for getting it done without wx delays. Open to suggestions anywhere though.

Yeah this was also recommended by a friend, but I’m just shopping around as it’s about 11k vs the 6-8 I’ve seen other places.
