Trying to remember a movie

I think it was a Disney movie. It was live action. The house the husband and wife and two kids (all white, if that matters) had just moved into was haunted. I remember cabinets slamming in the kitchen.
Near the middle(?) of the movie when the parents are just beginning to understand that the kids were right and the house was haunted the mom snapped at the dad. “[Dad], it is time to call a realtor!”
And he said “how can you say that?!” While I think he was trying to repair some house damage or something.
And she snaps back, WATCH ME. IT IS TIME. TO CALL. A REALTOR!!
It was in the same style as Blackbeard’s Ghost and the Flubber of that era but I don’t think it was either of those. And it was old enough to be on Saturday night TV where my dad recorded it to VHS and played it every Halloween after.
Think I can remember its name? NOPE. Do you?

it’s on Disney+. I looked it up after seeing someone else post the name.
