It’s my first time flying and just wanted to see if the factory case is TSA approved. It can take 2 padlocks which I will be using.

It doesn't pass the basic requirements of a TSA approved case. Was your plan to tell them Reddit said it was approved? 🙄
Look up the requirements. They aren't numerous.

Just go to harbor freight and get an Apache case

Hardshell but non-locking..... So no. A single lock around the carry handle doesn't meet the requirements to my knowledge.
Find one that meets the criteria on the TSA website and make sure it has hasp holes for your own locks. TSA guidelines allow you to use your own locks to secure firearm cases. Buy good quality locks (not master, brinks or anything TSA certified) with ball-bearings to secure the shackle.
I have a triple case with TSA latches and 4 hasp holes that I put PacLock trailer hitch locks on and tossed in an airtag. Overkill for a $300 case and $250 in locks? Most likely, but the hidden shackle pin can't be cut directly, they'd have to cut out the hasp holes.
When you check your firearm at the airline, make sure it's unloaded, you can have ammo in factory boxes (not sure on the quantity) secured with the firearm. You'll fill out and sign a declaration, that gets placed inside the case before you secure it. Stand by the check-in counter for 15-20 mins incase TSA needs to take you and your key (you should NEVER surrender the key to them no matter what they say) to an inspection area for YOU to unlock it. You are to be the ONLY person with access to the weapon(s), it's part of their policy which I would print, highlight and keep on your person.
