People are super weird about "healthy" eating. They don't actually understand what it means to be healthy and just have a negative gut reaction to certain types of foods that have been demonized online.
Red meat is one such food. It's funny, because you'll also see red meat championed in other online content like male oriented and fitness related places.
But, you're right. Burgers are not super unhealthy, but they are often prepared in fairly unhealthy ways or served with deep fried sides, unhealthy drinks, etc. A regular ass burger on normal buns with normal vegetable toppings and a slice of cheese is fine. You could eat a few a week as part of a healthy diet. Just don't drown it in cheese, condiments, or weird fried toppings. And consider having it a side that isn't french fries.

Yeah I was making a more general comment. OP's pictured meal is distinctly unhealthy. If you look away from the sugary alcohol (undeniably bad for you) and just consider the food:
It's just fat on fat on fat. Not much nutritional value even though the meat and cheese aren't totally empty. For a normal, healthy person, this meal wouldn't do much damage. I could eat this and be totally fine. It'd maybe be a bit gross/greasy coming out and might minorly upset my stomach. Eating this daily, however, would be atrocious.
Even with food: the dose is the poison. People need to be less weird about health and diet. A meal or two like this isn't gonna kill ya. The booze might, though.

Also life hack for the big man, if you go to a sandwich shop and you want bacon on your tuna sandwich order a BLT and add tuna instead of the other way around, tuna add bacon. BLT is always like six or eight pieces of bacon. It's the same price to add a meat to sandwiches but if you add bacon they only add two pieces. Order the BLT and add the extra meat/protein you get so much more bacon for the same price

American cheese is also just cheddar and Colby Jack mixed, the added milk and sodium citrate is what makes Kraft/processed cheese, lots of people don't realize American cheese can be real cheese. It's the best burger cheese, second best is Bleu cheese crumbles with like some onions and barbecue sauce, but a classic burger with pickles and ketchup American is 100% the way to go, you just need to balance how much you need it to melt versus how much you want it to legally be cheese

Wagyu shouldn't need cheese, butter, or smoking. And having a ground wagyu patty is the pinnacle of useless. If it isn't the right blend without needing to be a pebbled texture, then it's a waste of wagyu. The whole reason for Wagyu marbling is so the meat is tender already. By grinding it up, you remove that ( and allow whoever made it to have the chance to skimp on using actual Wagyu by adding in some extra fat, and calling it a day). Adding "cheese" to this "waygu" burger just adds empty calories, and the butter is a continuation of that. The reason for cheese on a burger, and butter on a steak, is to balance lost fats for flavor. So maybe you just failed at smoking, or maybe you just really like eating fat.
TLDR: Culinary inept cooking is inept.

I appreciate it. I got a pellet grill last year for Father’s Day and I use it basically everyday. I eat like this 2-3 time a week, but the others days are more reasonable. Tomorrow I’m doing a Tri tip with my buddy’s and on Saturday I’ll do this again. Followed by ribs on Sunday. But alcohol is basically everyday. Maybe not a 4loko. But normally I’ll drink some beers or a cocktail I made up called a 254 (1 shot Seagrams pineapple gin, 4oz diet black cherry cranberry juice, with some lime juice)
