I work in healthcare and while I’m sure it’s super rare, a such a thing does exist. Not exactly the same from what I could tell but I saw it while I was a student doing my clinical. I saw there was someone on the work list who was an adult with a guardian who is usually family, so almost guaranteed they have a mental disability or super elderly. When I see the patient it’s a guy with mental and physical disabilities and using a walker but it’s not like he’s in an iron lung, you can tell he lives a life. Then I see his guardian and she’s an older Scandinavian woman who looks remarkably young for her age. You would think she was 40 but I think she was pushing 60. She could easily find an above average person her age. And the body language shows they are clearly intimate with each other.

It wasn’t something I was able to ask them about but just something that never left my memory and I’ve never seen anything like it since.
