Most CAD software really isn't that bad all you have to do is just watch some tutorial videos and practice the basics. Additionally, CAD software has become very accessible with programs like Onshape offering a free tier.

I'd compare it to woodworking, very easy to do simple parts (like that speaker holder), and more challenging for more complex parts (like this hose looking thing)
In general it’s still pretty easy to learn considering the benefits in my opinion.
Spend an hour a day and you'll be making all you need in a month.
