I'm trying to expand my vocabulary so what is your favourite slang word?
P.S. i know that the UK is big so tell me your favourite slang word from your city/area but if you have a favourite word outside your city/area, let me know that too !!

I’m in Middlesbrough and I’m not sure if these are found across the country but some of my personal favourites are

Similarly, there's an old bit of Leeds slang doylum/doylem which means the same thing. Used to hear it in the 80s but it's not common now.

I'm not sure if it counts as "slang" but a lot of people around here substitute nouns for "Badger" when making outlandish statements, which I quite like.
