Networking fundamentals for ISPs

Hello everyone, i've been working at a ISP as a NOC analyst for about 5 months now and i feel like i need to expand my knowledge base but i don't really know where to start, and i can't exactly rely on my seniors for most of this.

Are there any good resources for learning networking in general? I feel like i need to solidify what i already know and follow up with stuff we use at work, including BGP and MPLS among other things.

Sorry if this sounds too amateurish, i'm not quite sure what to put here.

Posting here because my post at r/itcareerquestions was autoremoved
