Is there anyone talking about this PSU or having bought it yet? It's gotten the first ever Diamond rating from what I've seen, and I'm really curious as to if it lives up to it.

It's not widely available for consumers.
The PSU meets Cybenetics Diamond only at 115V. It's way harder doing Diamond in 230V than 115V.
TX-1300W ATX 3.1 was very close of meeting Diamond at both grids.
