ULPT Need help getting my manager removed from her position.

So I bartend for a for a pretty mediocre yet high volume in the Rockies, I make really good money up until recently. It’s fun and it’s close to my house so it’s convenient and the unfortunate part is the owner is a great dude he does not deserve any negative reviews on his business, but his general manager is a complete joke. He’s a great guy, but the manager is a psychopathic micro manager that is doing everything in our power to make me quit as she has any other male bartenders in the last 1.5 years it is a pattern and I have stuck it out just because I don’t want her to win, but she cannot figure out a reason to fire me so she is making my life a living hell, and I don’t want to give her that pleasure knowing that she won.
Without ruining the business, how can I fuck this lady‘s life up? She is a 55-year-old loser woman that is still working in the food service industry and lives on favoritism.
She hired a friend of hers and since this friend was hired, everyone else is losing shifts or being sent so her friend can take the best of everything.
Some background on me I have run multimillion dollar restaurants in downtown Chicago nightclubs and businesses that would bring in well over 100,000 ocer a weekend. The only reason I stopped was because this industry is toxic and I wanted to get into sales. The reason I’m back in this industry is because the company I was selling for sold and I needed something clutch.
I guess my question is with everything that every other person that works here has said and all of the people that have quit here because of this micromanage I need something crafty to fuck her shit up.
I’m not trying to be a angsty or disgruntled employee because like I said, the owner is a great guy, but the woman that manages is a nightmare to everyone that works there in the Buisness is suffering because of this woman. I don’t know what to do. It is a pretty dive kind of bar but we still have a lot of families that come in and we’re open till 2 AM. She is gone every day by 6 PM and I don’t want to leave bad reviews because the owner is a great guy and he has a great business but the person he has in charge of it is a fucking nightmare customers and employees all are on the same page that this lady fucking sucks. I don’t want to quit, but I’m being pushed into it. Does anyone have any ideas of how to make this lady’s life is difficult as possible anonymously???

If you had to deal with this woman you would understand. It’s unanimous among the staff and the owner is never around and she is pretty much his only point of contact.

Set her up for a failure that can only land on her. Maybe some expensive booze goes missing to the attic for a month etc etc. Its pretty easy to do with folks in leadership lol

ok, so you maybe want to hire someone to pose as a rep. Bring in some bottles of whatever the manager's favourite drink is. The rep should be the ideal candidate to flirt with Manager.
get her to drink, then get someone to leave a review about her drinking and then driving home. You may need some friends who no one in the bar knows, to come and witness what happened.
Maybe even call the cops on her, or have one of your friends say she groped him after a few drinks.
It won't trash the bar's rep because once she's gone the review would be deleted.

Make her look bad at every turn possible. I don’t know what that would entail necessarily, but I think you could find something without hurting the owner/business and only affecting her or her friend.
