Which GPU should I upgrade to from 4060ti? 5070 or 9070XT?

Hello
Soon I'd like to upgrade my GPU from the RTX 4060ti (8GB version).
The Current Spec is:
Lancool 207 Case
Corsair RM750e PSU
ASUS TUF GAMING B850-PLUS WIFI
9600x CPU
Samsung PM9A1 NVMe 2Tb
16GB DDR5 4800 MT/s (bit weird)
Noctua CPU fan
I've done power calcs and the PSU seems fine.
The 5070 is around £500 on amazon and the 9070XT is about £630 but UserBenchmark suggests they'd perform about the same so I'm swaying towards the 5070.
Uses: Valheim, Fortnite, Minecraft, video editing (not gaming related)
Just wondering your thoughts.

Don’t listen to the redditors they tell you raw performance is better which it is indeed but they fail to mention Radeon drivers are still awful, you need to optimize every game for DX12/11 because AMD sucks

9070xt is a far better product

Gaming only? Amd.
Else nvidea (5070ti)

If video editing is a large portion, nvidia.
If not, and you prefer good performance to dollar ratio, amd.
I personally like 9070xt because its 16gb vram for a reasonable price.
Doesn't matter how quick your gpu and cpu are. Once your vram is saturated and you use system ram, its stuttersville

stick with 4060Ti or 9070 XT ( The non fire-hazard connector one)
5070 comes with the hazard connector so if you are going to spend money spend it on the thing that should last you long and be reliable.

Don't use UserBenchmark. It's a bit of a meme that they absolutely hate AMD products. Have a look at some YouTube videos on the games you want to play to get an idea of performance.
The 9070xt is a better card than the 5070. The 5070 is still a good card though, and at those prices it's really about what you consider value for your budget.

love this

userbenchmark is a useless website for performance data. Every reputable reviewer shows the 9070 XT is faster, close to 5070 Ti performance.

Your single channel RAM will hold back gaming performance, particularly the .1 and 1% frame times.
