Nzxt h7 flow 2024 fan layout

So for this case specifically i got three 120mm fans(included with the case) and i bought three other 140mm fans
How should i configure them(and also i cant place the 140mm fans on the bottom bc the case simply doesnt allow it)

I'd put your 140mm fans on the top and rear as exhaust

What if i put the three 140mm fans as front intakes and the three 120mm fans on the top as exhaust

You can do that. I just personally like how computers look when they have a rear exhaust fan
