ULPT: Revenge on somebody consistently parking in my private parking spot?

Basically what the title says. I do not want to do anything illegal, but perhaps something that would be really irritating//annoying for them to deal with. The police cannot do anything about it in my country as the private parking is underground and it does not say "reserved" anywhere...

Paint “reserved” somewhere, and maybe some paint gets on their car

Back in the 90s when I lived in a large apartment complex there was a woman who would routinely park in my clearly-assigned covered space, but only when it was rainy weather. She may have been a visitor, or perhaps her spot was further away (mine was literally the closest to our building.)
Anyhoo, after my friendly notes left on her car were ignored I went to the property managers. They said they would talk to her. She stopped for awhile but as soon as the weather was rainy again she was back.
I found a fresh, juicy pile of dog turd and picked it up with a baggie. Somehow (hehehe) the 💩 leaked out the bag and got all over her car door handle, and some landed along her windshield wipers.
She never parked in my spot again.

The real solution. To elevate it, wipe the solution underneath / behind the door handles so they don't see it before grabbing it. Apply to every door handle, so they may get caught a second time if they don't notice them and try a different door.

If it doesn't say reserved, is it just because you like that bay the most or you were parking there first that that you have designated it your bay? Or is it specifically your bay and everyone has a specific bay?
In any event, in my country, it is illegal to slash tyres, (rightly so), however it isn't a crime to let the tyres down. Mostly because it's not destructive. But it's certainly a massive pain in the arse. Especially if it's more than one tyre and if it happens repeatedly.

That specific spot is mine, I have purchased it from my project developer. The thing is that police cannot do anything if it doesn't say "reserved", and to get it to say "reserved" you need to go through a lot of stuff with the city municipality as it has to be an official sign and not a self-placed one (and even then, it is questionable if you will receive the rights to the sign). It sucks that it is this way but the parking system works on mutual trust, also the people who do not own parking spots usually do not have the keys to the underground garage.
I haven't met them face to face but I have left notes.
Apprehensive_Hat8986@reddit
If you own it, then it's private property. Why does the city have any sway over you putting up a sign? Hell, why didn't the developer sign all the reserved spots during construction?
DrinkingBuddy22@reddit
Go back to the people you bought the space from and demand a refund or accountable. If either doesn't work, sue em if you can? You've bought something you're not getting...
Monarc73@reddit
Then you have no real (long-term) option other than to go through the legal process to get the sign. Otherwise, you could face the same thing in the future with a different person.
Looks like the best answer is a hassle, but it will be worth it.
Side note: Is it possible to get the other owners together and designated ALL the spots at once? I have found that you can get more movement if you get loud AND organize.

Fox urine down the fresh air intake valance at the bottom of the windscreen. It will never go away. They will have the car totaled and crushed.
Desperate_Set_7708@reddit
Tell the project developer that their parking plan has an overlooked detail. Put the onus on them for enforcement consistent with city code/ordinance.
Popular-Drummer-7989@reddit
Apply for your sign.
Meanwhil, time to study charging a parking fee. Post a note that explains this spot is deeded meaning you bought it. Tell them that the fee is $300/day and that you have their license plate info.
Provide a venmo our other electronic method of payment specifically for this purpose.
Every day they park there, give them a bill with a running balance. Make sure the notice says that at $2500 you'll be filling a suit to collect or place a lien in the vehicle for payment.
Take photos of the notice on the vehicle.
Do this for every vehicle that parks in your spot so you're not unfairly singing someone out.
You'll have enough documentation to sue the owners.
Now about the key, time to get on the building management about changing the garage door locks. If they don't they're robbing you of peaceful enjoyment of your deeded property. You can sue them for failing to protect ALL owners.

You win. Makes me want to help.

Got you. That is shitty of them and I think the only thing you can do at this stage is piss disks and fuck his dad.
oneangrybowler@reddit
I applaud your old school Reddit approach. Kudos!
citizin@reddit
If this is the case, can you post parking rates for the spot easier?
A local business here kept getting his lot full for concerts that happened across the street, until he posted an 'event parking $50' sign
Practical-Command634@reddit
Tyre shops use a wee tool to take the valve out of the bit where you put air in the tyres the tyres deflated completely without having to stand with your finger jammed in the valve. And has the added bonus of stopping them from just pumping up the tyres with a compressor. Not sure exactly what tool they use but I think it would be a good investment if someone keeps stealing your space.
ConsciousProduce8798@reddit
Also, not unethical but have you tried talking to them first? Could be that simple and no need for revenge.

Vaseline on the door handle
Monarc73@reddit
Why do you think this is 'your' spot? Do you legally own it? If so, put up a sign saying that. (This way you CAN have them towed off.) If not, park somewhere else.
frankenwhisker@reddit
Order of escalation
1) leave a nice note 2) leave a not-so-nice note 3) confront them personally, or get your most intimidating friend to do it 4) feed wildlife on their car 5) remove valve cores from all four tires. (Requires a simple, cheap tool designed for the purpose) 6) fire

Tiny caltrops or tacks. One or two to empty a tire. Too many and it would be obvious. Unless you want them to know it’s you in which case, be careful because they might up the ante.

These big self adhesive stickers are designed to be very hard and slow to remove. Pack of 100.
Put one or two on the windscreen where it blocks the driver’s view so it’s illegal to drive.
It takes seconds for you to stick them on and It’ll take them lots of time and effort to remove.
Do it every day that they park in your spot and they’ll soon find somewhere else to park.
atom644@reddit
Put up a sign that says “reserved”
Super-Travel-407@reddit
Put something disgusting and sticky on the pavement where the driver of the vehicle will have to step in it. (This does inconvenience you as well, should you ever get to park there, of course.)
At minimum, use glitter.

Paint reserved on the pavement?

Headless nails propped at 45 degrees against the tyre in the direction they will drive off. Take out two tyres so that they can’t use a spare.
