Sushi or Dim Sum class

Any good recommendations for a dim sum or sushi class? I would like to take one with my girlfriend.

jinghe - prob the best all u can eat sushi money can buy dim sum - kirin court. ask any asian person about this spot they won’t stfu

There might be a few openings left at Sur La Table in Southlake.
