Yo fellas. Seems like Exchange and M365 Admin Portal is down here in Asia/Singapore 16-Apr morning). Anyone facing the same thing? I can access Intune and Azure.

I just confirmed this issue has been resolved in my location (South Korea)

Hi, for me and others was fix via CMD
certutil -generateSSTFromWU roots.sst
certutil -addstore -f root roots.sst
hope that helps
RedDragunee@reddit
So you would have to do that on each individual machine? Not gonna cut it for me :)

Or you know, use a GPO, or RMM tool, or Invoke-Command through a WinRM session if none of the above?

Confirm to having the same issues in Denmark at the moment - 365 Admin Portal goes blank after successfull login in Chrome. SharePoint is missing top-bar with searchfunction, gear, login/logout. Edge is doing fine.
tiotarman@reddit
Same here, admin portal and web apps (planner, excel, word...) only display blank pages. Chrome 146 still working
Farmtontron@reddit
Same issue here but in the UK. Can confirm that i can log in via Edge

I’m seeing certificate errors for *.public.cdn.office.net in Chrome.
x445xb@reddit
I'm getting a ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID for the https://res-1.cdn.office.net address.
From what I can see the certificate is chained from the "DigiCert Global Root CA" authority, so it's probably related to this change:
https://www.hexssl.com/digicert-g1-removed-from-chrome-and-mozilla-trust-stores-from-april-15-2026-how-to-assess-the-impact-of-the-changes-on-your-certificate-infrastructure/
It's basically Google deprecating the root certificate and Microsoft haven't updated their certificate in time for the change.
UniqueArugula@reddit
Yep that’s exactly what it will be.

Likewise.

I'm still having this issue here in Australia. I can log in but then it goes to a blank white page. Edge and Firefox are still working without issues.
It started happening when I updated to Chrome version 147.0.7727.102 it was working previously on v146.
Another issue is that in SharePoint websites when using Chrome, the top bar is missing. The bar that has the Search box, and the View account and Sign out options on it. But it's working fine in Edge and Firefox.
Consistent-Bird-7260@reddit
yep and our team in Philippines also have the same issue
Pseudomocha@reddit
Same here in Australia, this started happening when the latest version of chrome rolled out.
Some staff using the older version are still able to access.
kevvie13@reddit (OP)
Ah. Chrome issue.
HornyDoggie@reddit
Same here, from Singapore as well. I can access to entra tho. But just not portal
kevvie13@reddit (OP)
Btw i can access if I use Edge. Just not chrome even after clearing cache.
HornyDoggie@reddit
Yeap, same here. Hella weird
Silly_Shower_9710@reddit
Same in South Korea.
kevvie13@reddit (OP)
Yeah i realised I can use it with Edge. Had to use inprivate not to mess with my profiles. Thanks for confirming.
