Man I feel you on this one. Back when I was in military we had similar issues with repetitive motions during equipment maintenance - that constant cranking will mess up your joints real quick 💀

Have you looked into getting one of those cordless drill adapters for the landing gear? I know some drivers who swear by them, makes the whole process way less brutal in your arms. Also flatbed might actually be easier in your body long term - yeah you're doing more physical work but it's varied movement instead of that same repetitive cranking motion every single drop.

Local delivery gigs could be good too since you're not doing as many hookups per day. LTL companies usually have better equipment and some even have those fancy automated systems. The pay might be different but your body will thank you later. I've seen too many guys push through joint pain until they can't work anymore - better to switch before it gets worse 😂
