Many real and joke advices here, but brother for real - start working out immediately if you arent, read some philosophy, some badass mangas, go out in the nature with friends. Play video games, get drunk, talk shit, embarrass yourself once or twice. Just keep busy, it does get easier, not always quickly, but it always does. Also not really a Balkan thing, but go to a psychologist for a month or so.

Good luck, no doubt in my mind that you will get through this.
