Can I move my storage (SSD/HDD) to my new build and keep all my files?

Hello, I'm currently building my second ever PC and had a some questions about device storage and moving them over to the new PC.
1st, can I just move all my storage over to my new PC without any issues? Like do i need to reformat the drives or make partitions like when you install them initially? will moving them straight over make them work without issue?
2nd, can I move my main drive with Windows over to the new machine aswell or will I need to reinstall windows? if I do need to reinstall windows will my current Windows Key still work on the new install or do I need a new one?, If I need a new one can someone please link a site to get a new one because idk where to get one.
3rd, will all my steam games still function the same as they did on my current PC or could there be some issues i might need to be aware of if they occur. Asking this because somthing happened while switching my laptop SSD once and all the desktop icons were blank and the install paths broke.
If anyone could answer any of these it would be a big help thanks.

I always do a fresh install of windows on the boot drive when moving to a new motherboard.
Storage drives are fine to move as is.

You can literally just put it in the new PC. I swapped SSDs on my laptop before and it was eveything that was on the SSD beforehand and I didn't have to format it.
The OS goes with it so it will be on the new system.
