I’d start with pcpartpicker - it allows you to select each individual component, check compatibility and sort by price. It’s an easy way to consolidate your entire build into one place.
Best advice I can give without knowing your budget is as follows; If you’re not looking to spend around 1.3k or more than I’d say you’re locked into the am4 socket with the current ram and storage prices.
For cpu the 5600 is the best price to performance am4 option right now, if you want to spend a bit more then the 5700x is also a decent budget-ish option
For the motherboard you’ll need to be looking for ones with the am4 socket and b550 chipset - the MSI b550 A pro is probably the best budget am4 motherboard in most countries
For the gpu I’d only really recommend the 9060xt 16gb or 9070xt rn as they’re by far the best price to performance in most countries (compare prices in your country to the 5060ti and 5070ti respectively, just to make sure)
With ram you’re gonna be looking for 16gb or 32gb of ddr4 at 3200-3600 cl16-18
That’s the general outline of the info to get you on the right track. Shoot me a question with some more context and I’ll be able to help you out a little more
