Every job requires experience nowadays, even basic admin job. There are over 200 applications for 1 job at times. The situation looks like getting even worse.

Mostly political, people read others moaning, blaming the goverment and push people to other parties.
If 10000 people all say the same thing its likely to make some people believe it.

Probably not to be honest. The introduction of AI has not only made hiring a nightmare, but it will increasingly reduce the demand for a lot of entry level roles.
