Is this SSD worth it for 115$?

Hi guys i did find a deal on Ebay for Smsung 850 Pro 1TB SSD for 115$

its MLC drive with 55000 GB written and 92% health and 0 bad sectors

but the issue is that it has 63000 Working Hours is this a bad deal?

the power count is only 55

I want to replace my laptop original samsung HDD 1TB that has 21000 power hours

and 1 weak sector
