ULPT: How do I get the money from my employee monthly workout expense?

My employer gives us X amount of money each month to “workout” or use at a gym or local fitness studio.
I’ve never tested it but there are rumors a “system” checks where the credit is being used every month.
How do I use the credit and convert it to a gift card or use it for something I actually need; gas, groceries, bills.
The catch is that the expense has to qualify under “fitness” or something health related.

Expense means it sounds like a receipt and you’re reimbursed?
Pay upfront at a place that has a refund policy. for the whole year. Get reimbursed. Cancel.
Have a friend certify online as a personal trainer. Hire them for more than the max amount and submit just for the limit you have.
Buy your friend pizza once a month for it.

If you can use it to buy supplements or gear you could buy them then sale them on Facebook marketplace. I helped a friend do this. You could return them but there is a small chance HR checks for that down the road.

Or says "workout". Just log exercise in an app while you watch TV or eat or whatever. Then show them you app.

Most gyms have little gift shops, so you could buy a bunch of workout drinks every month.

The HR benefits group should be able to provide a list of qualifing categories that are considered 'fitness'
If clothing or gear is included, you could purchase that and then return them and you are reimbursed.

Do you get a set amount regardless of the workout or is based on the expense?
Example: if you get 50 a month, could you just spend 10/mo at Planet Fitness and pocket the $40 or would you only get $10
