Question for those in long term job positions, how has your salary changed since you started?

I work for a Global company and our financial year runs from Oct - Sept with a pay review in November each year with the increase being added in the Jan. I have been in the same role since 2015, on average I've had a 2.5% pay rise per year (6 years) with one 'off-cycle' increase for taking on additional responsibilities. Started on £28k, now on £35k
Not sure if I'm super lucky or missing out?
How about you?

We don't get pay rises. We did get people clapping but I still haven't figured out how to convert that into money.

I always feel really awful for people who just get nothing. I think everyone should at least get a small increase each year

A lot of us do but it's only because the legal minimum wage increases annually, I've actually managed to lose part of one of the only part rises due to it though, 6 months and then I was 40p closer to minimum wage again, another year and I was back on minimum wage
