“Is this PC good?” posts the third fastest consumer gaming CPU with the second most powerful consumer gaming GPU with 6000 CL-30 RAM
No, it’s terrible. Buy an Atari 😒
jvsperdolphin@reddit
Bros actually trolling or humble bragging lol. Simple google search or chatgpt query will say this is more than capable for 1440p and adequate for 4k.

chatgpt is telling me my case is trash, im overpaying for ram and i should be paying like 120 and saying my cpu is bottlenecked
Fall3n_Arcade@reddit
You should always take AI advice with a grain of salt
There’s plenty of tech reviews out there that looked at the Frame 4000D, and pretty much all of them give the case a thumbs up. Here’s one for example
For the past few months, we have been in a ram shortage, mainly due to all the AI data centers and systems. It SHOULD cost around 120, but it can get as high as 1000+
The fact that chatgpt thinks there’s something wrong with 9800x3d + 5080 is just… What?
Both-Life2618@reddit (OP)
do you think its worth upgrading to a 9850x3d?
Fall3n_Arcade@reddit
Unless the price difference is very small, stick with the 9800x3d. It’s absolutely enough
RepeatInfamous4252@reddit
2nd most powerful is the 4090
Urdnot_Flexx@reddit
Oh you’re right, forgot!

With that system dont sertle for 1440p thats a 4k gaming machine no problems,
Yes 1440p is nice but 4k is so much nicer and you wont have any trouble with that system.
Both-Life2618@reddit (OP)
do you know a good 4k monitor 240hz for around 300 gbp
Wise-Log-2897@reddit
We got jokes I see
Both-Life2618@reddit (OP)
? im new to pc building so just wanted to ask
Wise-Log-2897@reddit
I'd say it's overkill especially for 1440p, but if you have the money go for it. You should expect about 1000fps in valorant btw
Both-Life2618@reddit (OP)
if its overkill for 1440p, what do i build thats just right?
Fall3n_Arcade@reddit
There’s nothing wrong with using this rig for 1440p. Overkill sometimes just means it will last for a very long time

YOG_DZEWA@reddit
Okay but please don't laugh, Intel core 2 duo, gt 710, 4gb ram ddr2, 128 gb hard drive
Both-Life2618@reddit (OP)
... nice joke
YOG_DZEWA@reddit
What if i say I'm telling the truth 😔
Both-Life2618@reddit (OP)
id ask how ur running windows
redpxwerranger@reddit
Literal 9800x3d and 5080? You're chillin. Could even do 4k tbh. More power than a victorian child could handle.
No_Spare1827@reddit
Yeah Id say u have a really good build here. I wouldn't change a thing if its all in budget
Both-Life2618@reddit (OP)
you think i can spend the same money and get more performance?
No_Spare1827@reddit
No, u could probably spend a little less and get the same but the savings probably arent worth it. And unless u have an extra 2K sitting around it doesnt really get better than this
