Hi! Trying to build a minimal (no rgb) pc for under 3k: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/msQdmL
Would appreciate any insight on the build. Thanks!

There isn't much to comment on for top end builds, since better parts don't really exist yet and value is of little concern. If the pricing is good for you, then go for it.
Build itself looks fine, everything seems to be compatible. I would only question if you actually benefit from that $636 NVMe drive, as most people don't. But I also have zero context to your workloads, preferences, or priorities.

Yes sorry, just updated the comment with a public list. I'm clearly very new to this lol

Looks fine to me, I would only suggest getting a B850 board in the same price range.

All I’ll say is that you can build a very similar PC for way less if you buy used parts.
For example I found a 9800X3D and a 2tb NVME (both sealed in box) for $500 cash.
$600+ for the NVME is kinda ludicrous — the only time you’ll notice NVME speeds is large file transfers, so if you’re not a videographer at this point in time, you may just want to go SATA and save a few hundred+ bucks.
Or, if money is no object, fuck it I guess haha

Awesome! Where do you get those parts from?
