Looks like a tuttio soleil01 emoto to me. They are on sale on tuttio's website for 1150 so ide say since it's not tuttio branded that it's probably not a scam for that emoto. Though if I was going to buy that emoto I would probably just spend 50 more and get it straight from tuttio.
