had three potatoes about to go off. decided to experiment and it went…off the rails. but this pot is surprisingly-and pleasantly- edible
3 potatoes, can of fire roasted corn, can of fire roasted tomatoes, can of chopped jalapeños, cup of red lentils, can of white beans, leftover frozen spinach, and some riced cauliflower that i microwaved and forgot in the fridge. and various spices!! of course.

Love a good vegetable soup slop

When the number of mostly empty bags of frozen veggies hits critical mass in my freezer I'll just dump them all into a pot and make soup.

90% of what makes this look awful are the huge tater chunks and the lighting. Cut them up smaller and maybe cook them more, they don't look soft. Otherwise, this is perfectly acceptable veggie soup moment, I spoon this down in a heartbeat.

Pretty normal pot slop, however the size of those potato chunks is what makes it questionable. You're just going to get an entire spoonful of just potato in the middle of eating soup, on purpose?

I'm sorry, that's just regular food that normal people eat. 0% shitty.

Let’s just call it veggie soup and keep it moving
